(18) Natural Genuine Diamonds - Round Rose Cut - Bead and Bezel Set - H/I Color - VS2 to SI2 Clarity - 0.28ctw approx. 12.70mm (not including the pin). Antique Edwardian era piece w/ original finish. Excellent and ready to wear condition. This bold antique brooch/pin was crafted from solid 18k yellow gold with platinum topped sections during the Edwardian era. The brooch features a large light blue stone which is oval cut and perfectly set in a milgrain etched bezel. The center stone is surrounded with a thick twisted gold wire and is accented by three bezel set dark blue stones in each corner.

The dark blue stones are each set in their own platinum-topped and milgrain etched bezels and point away from the center stone in a very eye-catching design. There are also 20 natural diamonds which adorn the piece in their platinum-topped settings, mainly at the top and bottom.

The diamonds are fine quality with near-colorless H/I color and solidly eye-clean VS2 to SI2 clarity and weigh a total of approximately 0.28 carats. This is all arranged atop a bead blasted field of solid 18k yellow gold and surrounded with a frame of intricately etched patterns. The trombone-style locking mechanism for the pin on the back is in excellent working condition making this piece 100% ready to wear upon arrival. There is even a small hook on the back that you can hook into your clothes for additional security and support for the piece.
