Victorian Mourning Brooch Pin Pendant Black Onyx 14k Gold Edwardian Perfect

This listing offers a lovely mourning brooch from the early Victorian period - circa 1870s. It combines the early tube hinge with a C catch on the back. It also has a small ring attachment for adding a chain or another drop (see pictures). Condition is excellent with no apologies. All appears original with no bends, breaks or repairs. The hinged back is tight and works perfectly. It measures 1-1/8 inches across and weighs 5.02 grams. This is another lovely piece from sister's collection - she has owned it for many years.
